Post tasks and actions
Create tasks for petition drives, voter registration, community events, leafleting, or any coordinated action. Set locations, deadlines, and how many people you need.
Supporters claim
Your network browses available actions and signs up for what they can do. No phone calls, no email chains, no hoping the right people see your Facebook post.
Coordinate securely
Every action has its own chat channel. All messaging stays inside your private workspace with admin oversight. No public forums, no external visibility.
Track and report
See who's contributing, how much, and where. Leaderboards make activism visible. Export data for campaign reporting and coalition updates.
What organisers replace with Zelos
Built for movements that need privacy and speed
Your network stays private
Invite-only workspaces. No public profiles, no internet search visibility, no data mining. Only approved supporters access your activities.
GDPR-compliant by default
Built in the EU. Supporters' personal data stays within your organisation. Never shared, never sold, never exposed.
Scale without infrastructure
Coordinate 50 supporters or 5,000 through one link. No training, no onboarding deck, no IT department required.
Gamify participation
Points and leaderboards turn sustained activism into visible achievements. Recognise your most active supporters and maintain momentum between campaigns.
Who uses Zelos for grassroots organising
Political campaign volunteer coordination
Post canvassing routes, phone bank shifts, event setup tasks, and voter registration drives. Volunteers claim what fits their schedule and location. Track contact attempts and hours contributed for campaign reporting.
Voter registration drives
Dispatch registration teams to high-traffic locations by neighbourhood. Volunteers sign up for shifts at locations near them. Task-specific chat shares daily briefings and script updates without cluttering a group thread.
Community advocacy groups
Coordinate petition collection, town hall attendance, letter-writing campaigns, and community meetings. Supporters claim actions that match their comfort level — from signing a petition to speaking at a hearing.
Environmental action networks
Post cleanup events, monitoring tasks, tree planting shifts, and advocacy actions. Target supporters by region so local chapters see relevant activities. Leaderboards recognise the most active local groups.
Union and labour organising
Coordinate workplace outreach, member education sessions, and solidarity actions inside a private, invite-only workspace. No public visibility. Supporters' identities and contact details stay protected from external access.
Mutual aid and community care networks
Post delivery runs, wellness checks, childcare swaps, and errand tasks for neighbours in need. Community members claim what they can help with. Track contributions across the network without a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions
Is Zelos secure enough for political organising?
Zelos workspaces are invite-only and not publicly discoverable. Supporters cannot see each other's contact information. All messaging includes admin oversight. Data is stored in the EU under GDPR compliance. While Zelos is not an encrypted messaging platform, it provides privacy controls beyond what most organising tools offer.
Can anyone find my workspace online?
No. Zelos workspaces are not indexed by search engines and are not listed in any public directory. Only people with your invite link can request access, and you approve every member.
Is Zelos free for grassroots groups?
Yes. Unlimited supporters, task posting, messaging, gamification, and CSV exports on the free plan. No credit card required.
Can I target tasks by location?
Yes. Tag supporters by city, region, or neighbourhood. Publish tasks only to people in the relevant area — a canvassing task in Manchester doesn't notify your supporters in Glasgow.
Can I run both online and offline actions?
Yes. Create tasks for in-person activities (leafleting, events, door-knocking) and digital actions (social sharing, petition signing, phone banking) from the same platform.
How do supporters join?
Share your invite link via secure messaging, email, QR code, or at in-person events. Supporters follow the link, create a profile, and start claiming tasks in minutes.
Can I export supporter data?
Yes. Export your full member directory and task completion data as CSV on every plan, including free. Useful for coalition reporting and campaign analysis.
How is Zelos different from Mobilize or Action Network?
Mobilize and Action Network focus on event RSVPs, email campaigns, and donor management for large-scale political operations. Zelos focuses on task dispatch, self-signup, and team coordination — a simpler tool for grassroots groups that need coordination, not a full campaign CRM.
