Where is Zelos based?
Zelos is built and operated from Estonia, in the European Union. Estonia has been part of the EU since 2004, so EU privacy law applies to us by default.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. GDPR is the privacy law that applies in Estonia, so Zelos was built to comply with it from day one. You don't need to flip a setting or upgrade a plan to get GDPR-compliant treatment of your data.
Who can see my team's information?
Only the admins of your workspace and the team members you've invited. Zelos staff don't access workspace content unless you ask us to (for support) or we're required to by law. Workspaces are invite-only and there's no public directory, by design.
Do you sell or share our data with advertisers?
No. We don't run ads inside Zelos and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Our business is your subscription, and that's the only way we make money.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. You can delete your workspace from the admin settings, which irreversibly removes your data from our systems.
