Fixed roster

Chiefly a UK and Australian term. A fixed roster is a repeating schedule where the same people work the same shifts each cycle.

In Canada the more common label is fixed shifts. The idea is the same, but Canadian teams are more likely to describe the worker’s hours directly than to treat the repeating roster as the main term.
