Yes. Post the shift with how many people you need, and qualified crew claim it until it's full. For key roles, use approval mode and pick from applicants, or assign someone directly and they accept or decline.
Can each shift include a call time, venue and kit list?
Yes. The call time is the shift's start time, the venue is its location, and you can attach a kit list, stage plot or site map as a file. Last-minute changes go in the shift's own chat.
Can I target shifts to crew with specific skills?
Yes. Tag crew by skill, certification or experience — audio, lighting, rigging, bar, security — and publish each shift only to the right tags.
How fast can I get my crew on board?
Most teams are posting shifts within 10 minutes of creating an account. Share your invite link and crew can start claiming shifts immediately — no app download required.
Do crew members need to download an app?
No. Zelos works in any browser. Native iOS and Android apps are also available for crew who prefer them.

Is Zelos an event freelancer marketplace?
