Blue Card

A Blue Card is Queensland’s Working with Children Check.

It is a state screening clearance for people in child-related work in Queensland. Other Australian states and territories run their own schemes under different names. A Blue Card is not automatically valid in New South Wales or Victoria, and a WWCC from another state is not automatically valid in Queensland.

For a US reader, this is a named state child-protection check, not a generic background check and not a credit-card-style ID. Zelos does not issue or verify Blue Cards.
